Job Details

• Facility: Rady Childrens Hospital - San Diego Crisis Response
  
• Location: San Diego, CA
  
• Unit/Specialty: OR
  
• Shift: 4 x 10s, variable start times usually 7am or 9am start; *may go to 11am depending on dept need*
  

Requirements

• RN MUST HAVE CA LICENSE
  
• BLS and PALS (AHA)
  
• 2 years OR exp with 6 months dedicated Pedi OR, especially in general surgical
  

Additional Information

• On Call and work in house for trauma coverage may be required
  
• On Call expectation is 4 calls per 4 week work schedule
  
• Requested Time Off: No more than 6 days can be submitted. Only one holiday request off.
  
• Unit Summary: 16 suites, 20,000 cases per year
  
• Service Lines: Ortho Neuro Craniofacial ENT Dermatology Laser Plastics Endo Dental Urology General (including videoscopy) cardiac neuro kidney and liver transplants
  
• Traveler must be willing to receive the flu vaccination when requested
