Job Summary:

• Facility: Cleveland Clinic - Fairview
  
• Location: Cleveland, OH
  
• Unit/Specialty: Telemetry
  
• Shift: Night shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
  
• MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
  
• AHA BLS & ACLS required
  
• MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start
  
• TWO recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission
  
• Orientation time (32-40hrs) will be paid at 50% of base hourly rate
  
• PBDS Assessment waived
  
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required
  
• Qualivis Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked

• Travelers may be submitted for 1 job at a time within the Cleveland Clinic Health System
  
• Minimum of 18 months PERMANENT experience in SPECIALTY applying for prior to travel
  
• Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license in hand at time of submission. Compact licenses are accepted for any starts 1/1/23 and forward
  
• TWO references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Please no co-worker references, these will not be considered, and profile will be rejected. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months
  
• Required certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing pending
  
• PBDS Assessment is waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled
  
• BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case
  
• Facility does not accept any license hits
  
• Charting Experience - Epic charting experience within last 6 months required for all CC RN positions
  
• EFFECTIVE 9/30/22: Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. Exemption is temporary and will be honored until further notice. All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually
  
• Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date
