Requirements

• MUST HAVE minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
  
• MUST HAVE 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments
  
• MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
  
• AHA BLS & ACLS required
  
• Traveler must work at least every other holiday
  
• Orientation time (32-40hrs) will be paid at 50% of base hourly rate
  
• PBDS Assessment waived
  
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required
  
• Qualivis Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked

All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE - No Exceptions!

Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually.

All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission

Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license in hand at time of submission. Compact licenses are accepted for any starts 1/1/23 and forward.

BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case

Charting Experience - Epic charting experience within last 6 months required for all CC RN positions

Min 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel

TWO references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Please no co-worker references, these will not be considered, and profile will be rejected. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months.

Required certs need to be ACTIVE - nothing pending

PERM candidates cannot return to CC hospitals for 1 YEAR from their previous end date
