Requirements:
- Minimum of 18 months RECENT PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience
- MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
- AHA BLS & ACLS required
- ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required
- Qualivis Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked
- Traveler must work at least every other holiday
- Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually.
- Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.

Additional Information:
- Orientation time (32-40hrs) will be paid at 50% of base hourly rate
- PBDS Assessment is waived
- Travelers may be submitted for 1 job at a time within the Cleveland Clinic Health System
- TWO references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Please no co-worker references, these will not be considered, and profile will be rejected. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months.
- Required certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing pending.
- EFFECTIVE 9/30/22: Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. Exemption is temporary and will be honored until further notice. All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE.
