Travel Registered Nurse - PICU Travel Nurse job available in Portland, OR

Advantis Medical is excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a travel nursing position in Portland, OR. This rewarding travel contract position operates on a 4 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift schedule with a contract duration of 8 weeks.

This position is based at Oregon Health & Science University - Doernbecher Children's Hospital and requires a PICU specialty. The job requires the nurse to provide exceptional patient care, collaborate with healthcare teams, and document interventions. The nurse must also have BCLS and PALS certification, NRP and CCRN preferred, and must be able to float within the hospital or to an affiliate hospitals nearby.

Requirements:
- Must have 2+ years of experience
- Must have valid state license
- Must have upfront RTO (no more than 2 weeks)
- Must have references
- Must have Epic experience
- Must have BLS/ACLS AHA certification
- Must be willing to float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals nearby
- Must be willing to cover two holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years)

Additional Information:
- Must be gone for 6+ months to be eligible for return staff policy
- Must have COVID-19 vaccine (no exemptions)
- Flu vaccine status is unknown
