Requirements for the job include:
- Current CPR Health Care Provider Certification
- Minimum 18 months of Nursing experience working in an ED environment
- Demonstrated level of performance and practice
- ED experience within the past six months
- Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans
- Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license
- BLS-AHANIHSS
- English language proficiency
