Job Details:
- Facility: Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital
- Location: Cleveland, OH
- Unit/Specialty: Telemetry
- Shift: Night shift: 3x12 hour shifts, 7pm-7:30am
- Start Date: September 8, 2023

Requirements:
- Must have minimum of 18 mos recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
- Must have 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments
- Must have PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
- AHA BLS & ACLS required
- Traveler must work at least every other holiday
- Orientation time (32-40hrs) will be paid at 50% of base hourly rate
- PBDS Assessment waived
- ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required
- Qualivis Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked
- Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually
