Advantis Medical is excited to announce an outstanding opportunity for a LTC/SNF position in Honokaa, HI. This rewarding travel contract position operates on a 3 shifts per week schedule with a contract duration of 12 weeks. Each shift is 12 hours long and the job start date is July 10, 2023.

Duties for this position include medication administration, skin treatments, assessments, ADL assistance, nebulized treatments, wound vac care, CPAP care, gastrostomy tube care. You may also be required to work overtime and rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Hours worked per two-week period may be up to 88 hrs. No guarantee of hours or shift preference.
Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment. Traveler must arrive the Friday prior to Monday start for HR/EH clearance appointments. ***Must be on island by Thursday night for Friday morning appointments. Must be fully vaccinated for COVID - no exceptions.
